Introducing Quinntin

Quinntin hails from Cleveland, Ohio. The fifth of eight siblings, he was raised by his grandparents after the passing of his parents at an early age. Even as a child, Quinntin was known for his “beauty antics” and gained a reputation for having impeccable taste.

Due to his fondness for beauty, upon graduating from high school, Quinntin enrolled in hair school . Under the tutelage of two mentors, his beauty clientele rapidly grew in his hometown but a case of wanderlust led Quinntin to take a chance and move to London to hone his craft at the London School of Fashion and Design.
After studying in London, Quinntin moved to New York City where he began his career in retail while building his makeup portfolio. His big break came when he met Bobbi Brown, eventually becoming her right-hand person for the renowned cosmetic line Bobbi Brown, then exclusively sold at Bergdorf Goodman. Quinntin’s role quickly evolved from make-up artist
to Executive Director of Global Artistry and Training for several years, all while working closely with the company’s founder and namesake. This included world travel and overseeing a group of global artists to translate the company’s brand messaging.
After leaving Bobbi Brown, Quinntin continued to work with Bergdorf Goodman as a personal shopper, where the avatar “Ask Quinntin” was born, using his likeness to merge the fashion and beauty houses of the famed department store.
It was during this time Bergdorf Goodman that he became interested in people’s concept and understanding of “beauty”. Influenced by the philosopher, Krishnamurti, he began teaching the internal existence of people under the name “Truth of Beauty”.
