External Beauty

External beauty is one of the major projectors that allow not only ourselves but the public and society to see our truth. It is the one area where we are allowed to showcase who we really are, making external beauty extraordinarily important.

Hence is the reason that you can almost recognise each person based on their appearance. We all look so different even though we all have many of the same traits. How we carry ourselves externally allows us to project our energy and our inner core to show up on the outside.

The projection of our energy is where the importance actually lies. It becomes in many ways a measurement in challenging yourself and so the challenge becomes “am I showcasing my truth? Is this how I want the world to see me? Will they know who I am and what I am about?”

How people see you is how they often treat you. It is not just your outer appearance but your energy. How do I get my point of difference across?

Once you have arrived at the importance of who you are, what you want and your purpose, once society understands that with some clarity, you can work more to align that appearance to your truth.

That story then becomes a picture, a visual, an external piece that you can use with more honest effect.

The question we will explore and answer through working together is “how do I make myself look like me and behave like me 100% of the time?”
